摘要：

脑卒中具有高发病率、高病死率、高复发率和高致残率的特点，其中卒中后认知障碍是脑卒中常见的并发症，不仅严重影响患者生活质量，而且显著缩短患者的有效生存时间，给患者家庭及社会均造成巨大的影响。然而，目前仍无有效的防治策略。本文旨在通过对卒中后认知功能障碍的危险因素、发病机制、预测因子、诊断方法及防治策略的最新研究进展作一综述，以便更加透彻地了解该疾病。
