摘要：

目的推动抗凝药物治疗管理工作模式在我国的实施和发展,发挥临床药师在抗凝药物治疗管理中的重要作用。方法查阅近年来的相关文献,了解国内外抗凝药物治疗管理的发展和现状,充分认识抗凝药物治疗的风险,探讨临床药师参与抗凝药物治疗管理的必要性,以及在抗凝药物治疗管理中发挥的重要作用。结果临床药师在抗凝药物治疗管理中可发挥积极而卓有成效的作用。结论我国的抗凝药物治疗迫切需要规范化、系统化的管理,临床药师要充分发挥自身的专业特长,为患者的抗凝药物治疗安全保驾护航。
