摘要：

咪喹莫特是一种人工合成的非核苷类异环胺类外用免疫调节剂,可诱导细胞产生多种细胞因子,发挥抗病毒和抗肿瘤活性。广泛用于治疗尖锐湿疣、光化性角化病、基底细胞癌等多种皮肤科疾病。因其具有独特的免疫调节机制,适应症范围也在不断扩大,本文从药效学特征、临床应用和市场信息等方面进行了综述。
