摘要：

文章综述了国内外常用膝关节骨性关节炎功能测评工具的内容和应用,包括西安大略和麦克马斯特大学骨关节炎指数、奎森功能演算指数、关节炎影响评估表2、膝关节损伤和骨关节炎评分、美国膝关节协会评分、Lysholm膝关节评分、国际膝关节文献编制委员会膝关节评估表、关节炎患者报告结局、骨关节炎测定量表等,并建议应根据不同的研究目的和研究对象选择具有较高信效度的测评工具对膝关节骨性关节炎患者进行有效的评估。
