摘要：

个体学习和行为改造是组织学习领域中的重要内容。在回顾行为主义理论、认知理论及社会学习理论相关理论的基础上,分析了基于三种理论的个体学习和行为改造衍生技术,并在总结多种行为矫正方法的基础上,讨论了组织视角下个体学习和行为矫正的实践应用,从而构建了一个从基本学习理论,到行为矫正技术,再到实践应用的员工学习和行为改造的框架模型。
