摘要
活性氧(reactive oxygen species,ROS)导致的氧化应激在动脉粥样硬化发生和发展过程中起着重要作用,并与缺血性脑血管病发生相关。文章对NADPH氧化酶在动脉粥样硬化和缺血性脑血管病中的作用机制以及NADPH氧化酶抑制剂的神经保护作用进行了综述。
