摘要：

面对日益加剧的全球农村发展困境,在理论的反思批判中内生发展日益成为重要的突破视角。在分析单位上由国家向地方的转变,以及对外生发展的批判而引发的由内生到新内生的概念演化促成农村内生发展的理论建构。农村内生发展的核心观点为:由地方主体性形成的发展过程能够产生满足地方居民多样需求的发展结果。具体理论命题包括:第一,农村内生发展的形成需要地方与超地方因素的共同作用;第二,内生发展的农村在发展进程中呈现出地方主导的关系结构;第三,内生发展能够满足农村居民的多样需求;第四,内生发展确立农村(地方)在现代化进程中的持续存在。目前,农村内生发展面临着理论的可检验性和预测性存疑等方面的困境。对此,加强理论基础构建,扩大学术交流等将是重要的突破方向。
