摘要：

连锁董事网是一种重要的组织间关系网络,随着现代公司制度的建立,它在中国的商业网络中也成了一种普遍存在的组织现象。连锁董事网对理解公司治理、公司绩效、资本家阶级凝聚、商业精英政治行动的统一性等议题都有重要意义。本文回顾了与连锁董事网的影响后果和形成机制相关的研究文献,指出以往的研究缺少对网络所依托制度背景的关注。未来的连锁董事网研究应充分考虑网络形成和演化的政治经济背景。
