摘要：

综述了国家卫生部发布的食品中可能违法添加的非食用物质名单中7种非食用色素(碱性嫩黄O、碱性橙Ⅱ、酸性橙Ⅱ、苏丹红、玫瑰红B、美术绿和孔雀石绿)的性质、危害及相应国内外检测技术,并分析了各种检测技术的优缺点和适用性。作者认为非食用色素检测技术将趋于更快速、高效、环保、低成本、准确精密、高自动化程度发展,建立多种非食用色素同时检测的方法,并针对不同的检测需求制定不同检测方法标准。
