摘要
肺炎支原体(MP)是儿童和青少年呼吸道感染的重要病原体,大环内酯类抗生素是治疗儿童或青少年MP感染的首选药物,然而,近年来世界范围内出现了MP对大环内酯类抗生素的耐药现象,尤其是亚洲、欧洲和美国。23S rRNA结构域Ⅴ区的点突变是引起MP耐药的主要机制。
