枸杞多糖提取工艺的研究进展

摘要
枸杞多糖是从枸杞中提取而得到的水溶性多糖,为枸杞中的主要有效成分,具有丰富的生物学功能,发展前景广阔。通过介绍国内外枸杞多糖提取工艺的研究进展,展望了枸杞多糖的发展趋势,为后续研究做基础。
