政府对企业创新的补助是越多越好吗?

摘要：

在新常态下,发展更需要创新,政府对于企业科技创新的补助是否越多越好呢?利用2010—2014年珠三角上市创新型企业的数据进行研究,结果表明:由于创新活动的高风险、高转换成本、正外部性特点,创新型企业倾向于用内源融资进行研发;在外源融资中,政府补助对研发投入有显著促进作用;政府补助对债权融资的挤出效应最为明显;政府补助在适当的区间内,会促进企业研发投入,若补助过多,会挤出企业用于研发的其他资金投入,并不能起到促进企业创新的作用。
