维生素D在银屑病和代谢综合征中的作用

摘要：

银屑病患者中代谢综合征发病率显著增加,银屑病合并代谢综合征患者均有维生素D不足或缺乏.通过补充维生素D可改善银屑病皮损并降低代谢综合征的发病风险。本文对维生素D与银屑病、代谢综合征之间的关系进行综述,评价维生素D在银屑病及代谢综合征中的治疗价值。
