基于UTAUT模型的智慧养老用户使用行为影响因素研究——以武汉市“一键通”为例

摘要：
"一键通"服务是湖北武汉市在综合武昌区"智能养老服务体系"和硚口宗关街发展社区的固话智能呼叫系统的基础上,于2013年逐渐在全市推广的一项智能养老服务,但这项构思先进的智能养老服务却并没有达到理想效果。本文在UTAUT模型的基础上,增加了感知安全、感知信任两个因素,构建"一键通"服务的用户接受模型,分析影响用户使用"一键通"服务的关键因素,从而为智慧养老服务提供建议和对策。
