人体运动的本质

摘要
从动作和能量代谢角度重新认识人体运动。人体运动的外在本质是动作,内在本质是能量代谢。运动训练的目的是以动作为载体,注重动作的灵活性和稳定性,无伤化和有效性发展三大供能系统供应能量的能力和动作技术利用能量的能力。我国运动训练过程中存在的众多问题可以从动作和能量代谢两个角度来认识和解决。
