基于结构方程模型的地方政府支持科技金融发展差异性研究——以江苏省为例

摘要：

科技与金融相互融合对区域经济增长具有强有力的支撑作用,地方政府是推动科技金融协调发展的引导者。对地方政府支持科技创新的路径进行分析,构建了结构方程模型,并以江苏省苏南和苏北地区为例对地方政府引导科技金融发展路径及贡献度进行了实证分析。实证研究结果表明:苏北地区金融市场欠发达,高新产业融资模式仍以内源式传统银行贷款模式为主;苏南地方政府对科技金融的引导力度和贡献程度显著高于苏北地区。最后,提出了促进科技金融发展的相关政策建议。
