摘要：

传统观念认为，颈椎病大多是由脊柱的退行性改变所致，但现代对其认识已从“骨性改变”转向为“筋骨同病，以筋为先”,认为其发生发展与经筋损伤密切相关。经筋理论指导下的治疗方法具有松筋解结、正骨复位等作用，可恢复颈椎生物力学内外平衡，在临床取得了良好疗效。故通过检索近十年来运用经筋理论治疗各型颈椎病的相关文献，阐释经筋理论与颈椎病的联系，总结经筋疗法在颈椎病治疗方面的现状和进程，以期为临床治疗颈椎病提供思路和参考。
