人羊膜干细胞:再生医学的理想种子细胞资源

摘要
人羊膜干细胞具有高度自我更新、增殖、可植入性和多系分化能力,异基因个体移植后无免疫排斥和致瘤性风险。而且,人羊膜干细胞来源于产妇分娩后废弃的胎盘,应用到临床不会带来医学伦理争议。本文从人羊膜干细胞生物学特性及多系分化潜能两方面,综述了其作为细胞治疗及组织工程的种子细胞应用的巨大潜力。无论人羊膜间充质干细胞还是人羊膜上皮细胞均可用来进行诸多疾病的细胞治疗、组织器官损伤的修复与重建,是再生医学领域理想的种子细胞资源,具有广阔的临床应用前景。
