摘要：

三十多年的全球化是跨国公司主导的进程,旨在提高世界范围内的资源配置效率。新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情暴发后,各国关闭国门,导致全球价值链体系突然断裂。中国已经深深嵌入全球化分工的链条,因此,其他国家采取的限制贸易等措施,对中国的内外资企业造成了巨大冲击。美国早已构建了经济安全体系,制定了国家供应链安全战略。中国应当借鉴经验,建立独立完整的供应链安全系统。
