摘要：

在供应链低碳化背景下,基于"总量限制交易"模式,研究了由一个制造商和一个零售商构成的两级供应链期权契约协调问题。将批发价格契约作为参照点,采用合作博弈的方法,构建了期权契约模型。通过证明得到了期权契约得以实施的参数范围及考虑决策主体风险偏好和谈判能力时的利润分配方案。结论表明,与参照点相比,期权契约可以有效协调供应链并具有鲁棒性,决策主体的风险偏好对利润分配产生重要影响。
