大剂量奥美拉唑治疗老年胃溃疡合并出血的疗效分析

摘要：

目的探讨大剂量奥美拉唑治疗老年胃溃疡合并出血的疗效。方法随机对某院收治的98例老年胃溃疡合并出血患者分为实验组以及对照组,实验组采用大剂量奥美拉唑治疗,对照组采用常规剂量奥美拉唑治疗。结果实验组患者在3d内有3例出血,而对照组为9例,两组比较存在较大差异性(P﹤0.05),在对3d以后再出血情况比较,实验组为0例,对照组为4例,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.05),对两组患者临床治疗有效率比较,实验组为95.83%明显高于对照组的78.00%(P﹤0.05)。结论对老年胃溃疡合并出血采用大剂量奥美拉唑治疗,可提高患者临床治疗效果,降低再出血风险。
