母亲对学龄前儿童体重水平感知偏差及其影响因素的研究

目的了解母亲对学龄前儿童体重水平是否存在感知偏差,初步分析影响其体重感知的人口社会学因素。方法采用方便抽样法对上海市浦东新区某两所幼儿园250名学龄前儿童的母亲进行问卷调查。调查内容包括人口社会学特征和子女感知体重水平。结果 55.56%(110例)的母亲能够准确感知孩子的体重水平,且低估孩子体重水平者(33.84%,67例)远远多于高估孩子体重水平者(10.61%,21例)。孩子的性别(P=0.003,OR=3.034)及其当前体重水平(P<0.001,OR=4.420)和母亲的体重水平(P=0.061,OR=3.402)与母亲低估儿童体重显著相关。结论母亲对学龄前孩子的体重水平的感知准确性较差,且有低估孩子体重水平的倾向。男童、超重孩子的母亲更可能低估其子女的体重水平。
