Wnt信号通路抑制因子DKK-1在骨质疏松发生中的研究进展

摘要
Wnt信号通路对成骨细胞的发育及分化起着重要作用。近年来的研究发现,作为Wnt信号通路的抑制因子DKK-1能抑制骨形成,导致骨质疏松,而通过拮抗DKK-1的作用可使骨量增加。DKK-1可能成为治疗骨质疏松的新靶点。笔者对DKK-1在成骨细胞中的信号传导途径及其在骨质疏松中的作用做了综述。
