摘要：

临床研究发现,大部分原因不明的隐源性肝硬化由非酒精性脂肪性肝病发展而来,甚至有些最后发展成原发性肝癌,此文主要综述原发性肝癌伴隐源性肝硬化的发生率、隐源性肝硬化的病因、非酒精性脂肪性肝炎发展至原发性肝癌的发病机制、危险因素、临床特点及诊断治疗方法。
