摘要：

目的研究宽苞水柏枝Myricaria bracteata的化学成分。方法应用多种色谱技术进行分离纯化,根据化合物的理化性质和波谱数据鉴定化合物的结构。结果从宽苞水柏枝嫩枝95%乙醇提取物的醋酸乙酯萃取部位和大孔树脂30%乙醇洗脱部分中分离得到14个化合物,分别鉴定为丁香脂素(1)、(-)-南烛木脂酚(2)、(-)-异落叶松脂素(3)、Ν-反式阿魏酰基酪胺(4)、Ν-反式阿魏酰基-3-甲氧基酪胺(5)、Ν-反式阿魏酰基-2′-甲氧基酪胺(6)、山柰酚-3-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖醛酸-6″-甲酯(7)、槲皮素-3-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖醛酸-6″-甲酯(8)、槲皮苷(9)、鼠李柠檬素(10)、没食子酸(11)、没食子酸甲酯(12)、E-咖啡酸(13)、E-阿魏酸(14)。结论化合物1～6、14为首次从该属植物中分离得到,化合物7、8、12、13为首次从该植物中分离得到。
