摘要
核因子-κB(NF-κB)作为一种重要的转录因子在通常情况下对心肌细胞起保护作用,但在不同的刺激下,NF-κB表现出的作用不尽相同。NF-κB参与心血管疾病病理过程的多个环节,包括细胞生存、增殖和分化,调节细胞对各种刺激的反应,如低氧、压力和缺血等。NF-κB在众多心血管疾病如动脉粥样硬化、心肌缺血再灌注损伤、缺血预处理、心肌肥大和心力衰竭等的发生和发展中发挥重要作用。
