HBV导致的肝衰竭依次经受了免疫损伤、缺血缺氧性损伤和内毒素血症的三重致死性打击。"三重打击"假说能够较为全面地概括肝衰竭发生、发展过程中的主要推动机制,结合肝衰竭的时相分析,将有助于更客观准确地制定肝衰竭的治疗策略。
