摘要：

炎症性肠病是一种病因未明的肠道炎性疾病。近年来, 逐渐形成的专家共识已经促成国内多个炎症性肠病多学科协作组的成立, 炎症性肠病已由既往单纯的内科疾病成功转型, 治疗疗效也有了大幅度提升, 然而总体治疗效果仍不如人意。对炎症性肠病个体化的精准治疗是未来的治疗方向, 而干细胞治疗和粪便移植治疗也为难治性炎症性肠病提供了新的治疗手段。
