摘要：

合作技术创新中,企业间的关系直接影响企业间的知识转移.对关系结构、关系质量与知识转移进行实证研究,结果表明当分别选取特定水平的关系结构与关系质量时,弱联结强度、好的关系质量组合更有利于合作创新企业间的知识转移.这一发现丰富了企业间知识转移的理论,为企业间知识转移提供了实证支持.
