摘要：

企业社会责任评价问题是目前社会各界关注的一个热点问题。文章回顾并分析了近年来企业社会责任评价研究的基本思路和一些基本的评价方法并提出了该领域研究发展的趋势,以期对建立适合中国国情的企业社会责任评价模型提供一点借鉴。
