灾难会导致焦虑、抑郁及创伤后应激障碍等非常态反应和更普遍的创伤后成长(posttrauma growth,PTG)等常态反应。目前学界对非常态反应研究得较多,但对普遍的常态反应却研究得较少,而对于灾难后的心理干预与心理重建而言,普遍的常态反应更需要系统探讨。本文从临床角度总结分析了PTG的相关研究,提出PTG包括真正的成长、潜在的成长与自我增强错觉三种基本成分,并据此分析现有研究。最后,文章基于PTG的预测与影响因素,针对灾后心理干预与心理重建,提出了切实的建议。
