国外用户在线健康信息行为研究进展

摘要：

文章系统搜集近5年国外用户在线健康信息行为领域的研究文献作为样本数据,利用双聚类分析对样本数据进行处理,揭示该领域的主要研究方向,在此基础上,采用文本编码的方式进一步归纳国外用户在线健康信息行为各研究方向下的研究主题。研究发现国外用户在线健康信息行为研究主要有四个研究方向:在线健康信息搜寻行为、在线健康素养教育、在线健康信息服务使用行为、在线健康信息交流行为。
