摘要
转化生长因子β(TGF-β)是一类促纤维化的因子,被公认为具有多种生物学功能并且可以导致肝纤维化(hepatic fibrosis)最重要的细胞因子。本文收集国内外TGF-β相关的最新研究进展,介绍TGF-β的结构、生理效应与信号转导、促进肝纤维化形成的机制及相应治疗。
