青蒿素及其衍生物在皮肤病领域的研究与应用

摘要：

青蒿及其衍生物长期以来一直受到临床医师的广泛重视。新近研究发现除抗疟效果外,青蒿类药物还具有抗炎抑菌、抗组织纤维化增生以及免疫抑制/调节等多种效用,加之其为中草药,疗效好,无不良反应,在皮肤病治疗方面具有广阔的药物开发前景和应用价值。该文就青蒿素及其衍生物在皮肤科的基础研究与临床应用予以综述。
