摘要
<正> 基质金属蛋白酶(matrix metalloproteinases,MMPs)是一组锌离子依赖的蛋白酶家族,是维持组织变构的重要酶类。基质金属蛋白酶-9(matrix metalloproteinase-9,MMP-9)是其中重要的一类。近年研究表明MMP-9在脑卒中起着正负双向作用,仔细平衡及协调MMP-9在脑卒中的双重角色,将更有利于脑卒中的病情判断、早期诊断和卒中后的神经功能恢复。
