创新环境因素对区域创新效率影响的空间计量研究

摘要：

影响区域创新产出的因素可以分为直接要素投入和外部创新环境两个方面,二者均对提高区域创新效率具有重要作用。以2006—2011年中国31个省(市、自治区)的经济数据为基础,运用Moran I指数进行空间自相关性检验,并建立直接要素投入和区域创新外部环境因素与专利产出的实证模型,通过OLS和空间计量两种回归方法进行实证分析与比较。研究结果显示:中国不同区域创新产出存在发展不平衡现象,区域创新行为具有空间集中分布的特点,并且区域创新集群的现象比较明显;创新环境外部因素对区域创新效率具有显著的正向影响,但单纯增加人口数量并不能显著提高区域创新能力;创新环境诸因素中,金融机构存贷款总额、高校毕业人数和市场化率对区域创新效率的影响最为显著。
