摘要：

香豆素是自然界中重要的一大类天然有机化合物,具有抗肿瘤、抗人类免疫缺陷病毒、抗氧化、抗炎、抗微生物、抗凝血等药理作用。香豆素化学结构不同,药理作用亦不同,该文主要综述简单香豆素的抗肿瘤作用、抗微生物作用及其构效关系。
