摘要：

本文对都市旅游业的演化机制进行了理论推导,指出了艺术园区作为旅游资源出现的背景和原因,并用北京三大艺术园区的实际发展过程对这一理论推导进行了实证研究,在此基础上对都市旅游业的发展提出了相关的对策和建议。
