摘要：

脑卒中患者出现吞咽障碍有致命危险,并引起其他并发症。经颅直流电刺激(tDCS)对脑卒中后吞咽障碍的恢复有很好的疗效,而这种效应与刺激电极极性有关,并可能涉及脑的可塑性。tDCS和重复经颅磁刺激(rTMS)各有优劣。
