<正>阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停综合征（obstructive sleep apnea syn-drome,OSAS）是一种常见的睡眠疾病,可以导致机体一系列的病理生理改变。OSAS由于发生在睡眠中,所以不被患者及家属重视,流行病学资料表明,OSAS在成人群体中的发病率为2%4%,而在脑卒中患者中,OSAS的发病率可高达44%~
