MMP-13在大鼠退行性变腰椎间盘中的表达及意义

摘要
目的检测MMP-13在大鼠退行性变腰椎间盘中的表达,探讨其在大鼠腰椎间盘退变中的作用。方法雄性大鼠24只,随机分为两组,实验组建立大鼠手术制备腰椎间盘退变模型,正常组不做处理,采用免疫组织化学方法检测两组椎间盘组织中MMP-13的表达。结果组织病理学显示实验组髓核细胞数目较正常组减少。实验组和正常组椎间盘组织中均有MMP-13的表达,实验组表达较对照组显著增高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 MMP-13在腰椎间盘退变的过程中发挥着重要作用。
