摘要：

企业韧性是指企业应对危机事件冲击和持续成长的能力。通过梳理国外关于企业韧性的文献,回顾总结企业韧性的内涵、测量、理论基础、前因后果及作用机制,并展望了企业韧性的未来研究方向。
