摘要：

Objective:As a tool of measurement, clinical scales are widely used in the research of medicine. Reliability is one of the most important criteria for good clinical scales. In this review, methods to assess the reliability of scales and the factors that may affect reliability are summarized. Application and evaluation of statistical reliability are also briefly discussed.
