摘要：

多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)是一种常见的异质性内分泌疾病,其病因尚不清楚,多数学者认为遗传和环境因素在其发病中起一定作用。PCOS不仅是生殖疾病,而且是一种多系统综合征,流行病学调查显示:PCOS患者发生2型糖尿病、高血压、冠心病、子宫内膜癌等疾病的风险明显增加,胰岛素抵抗及其伴随的高胰岛素血症是PCOS患者重要的病理生理改变,可能在PCOS的发生发展中起关键的作用。
