摘要
影像基因组学通过建立基因与非侵入性成像特征之间的联系,对基因的表达进行无创、实时及连续的监测,从而通过影像学检查对疾病的诊断、分级、治疗以及预后进行分子层面的预测、分析,实现精准医疗。近年来,越来越多的学者开始关注影像基因组学,并在不同的领域开展研究,取得了一定的进展。本文阐述了基于影像基因组学在胶质瘤、肺癌、乳腺癌、结直肠癌、肾癌、前列腺癌诊断、预后预测等方面的最新进展和潜力。
