摘要：

<正>帕金森病(PD)是一种常见的中老年神经系统退行性疾病。相较于运动症状, 帕金森病伴发的非运动症状是影响患者生活质量更为主要的原因[1]。其中尤以抑郁最为突出, 普遍存在于帕金森病患者中, 严重影响患者的情绪和生活质量。研究结果表明, 在影响患者生活质量的因素中, 抑郁症状对PD患者生活质量的影响占34.2%, 比重最高[2]。因此, 帕金森病的治疗应全面综合, 不仅要改善患者的运动症状, 还需关注
