<正>糖尿病胃轻瘫(diabetic gastroparesis,DGP)是糖尿病患者最常见的消化道并发症,主要临床表现为餐后上腹饱胀、恶心、呕吐、腹痛等症状,可导致糖尿病患者不可预测的血糖波动,加大糖尿病的控制难度,同时其消化道症状严重影响患者的生活质量。近年来糖尿病发病率迅速增加,DGP的发病率也不断增加,日益受到人们的重视。随着其发病机制研究的不断深入,近
