<正>动脉粥样硬化（atherosclerosis,AS）存在于慢性肾脏病（chronic kidney disease,CKD）的各个阶段[1],是CKD患者最常见的并发症。由动脉粥样硬化引起的心血管疾病是慢性肾脏病患者的主要并发症及导致死亡的主要原因[2]。近年来,非传统危险因素如氧化应激、微炎症状态等在CKD患者心血管疾病的发病和防治中的作用越来越受到重视。晚期氧化蛋白产
