外来人口聚居社区公共服务设施供需特征及影响因素——以南京殷巷社区为例

摘要：

社区公共服务设施是影响外来人口聚居社区居民生活质量的重要因素之一。以南京市江宁区殷巷社区为例,研究城市边缘外来人口聚居社区公共服务设施供需特征与影响因素。研究发现:外来人口聚居社区公共服务设施的供给不均衡;外来人口聚居社区居民对公共服务设施的需求呈现出差异化的需求结构、特殊的需求偏好和典型的需求分化;社区公共服务设施供需问题的影响因素主要包括制度因素、规划因素与社区因素。
