<正>骨性关节炎(osteoarthritis,OA)是一种以关节软骨的损伤、退变及软骨下骨的硬化、增生、囊变,继而导致关节间隙狭窄为特征的慢性退行性疾病[1]。骨性关节炎是老年人常见疾病,也是老年人致残的一个主要原因。据统计60岁以上人群患病率达50%,75岁以上人群患病率约为80%,该病最终
